The right path for a great relationship starts by hearing Jesus' teachings.

I.- Love Your Enemies. a. How can I learn to love my enemies?
b. Where to start?

NKJ Luke 6:27-28 27 "But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,
28 Bless and Pray for them.

NKJ Luke 6:31
"And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.

II.- Jesus not only taught us by words but with example. a. He died for all sinners, including all his enemies.
b. Jesus prayed for all of us.

NKJ John 3:16-17
16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
17 "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

NKJ John 17:20
"I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word;

III.- We were Jesus' enemies, living a sinful life in the pleasures of this world. a).- But Jesus did not condemn us as enemies who deserve to die.
b).- He died in our place, and gave us the opportunity to repent from our sins, and obey his gospel.

Jesus proved that what He said is true and possible in our lives.

Love your enemies because Jesus loves us and gave His life for you too.

Forgive their offenses against you because Jesus forgave you.

NKJ Luke 6:31
"And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.
